Ben Kalip, co-owner of Timber & Tide, started out in the contracting field in 2017 with just a few paint brushes, one of his beloved Chevy trucks, and a plan to start a small painting and carpentry business. Over the years, Ben's passion for and knowledge of the contracting and home improvement field has grown rapidly through his many experiences working on various jobs and projects. Ben's compassion, honesty, grit, and commitment to his work is evident upon meeting him and can be clearly seen through the quality of work he provides to customers. Ben treats every property as if it was his own with his attention to detail, hard work, and expertise. When Ben isn't working on a job, he enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and his girlfriend Nina. He also has a deep love for hunting, fishing, and riding his Harleys.
Born and raised in New Hampshire, Ryan has always had a strong passion for working with his hands and bringing ideas to life through craftsmanship. As the co-owner of Timber and Tide Building Co., he is committed to quality, attention to detail, and operational excellence in every project. Ryan believes that a successful remodel is about more than just the finished product - it’s about delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for every client from start to finish.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, and their son, Sawyer. He has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and can often be found fishing, kayaking, or helping out on the family farm at home. His connection to nature, hard work, and family values are all qualities that carry into the way he approaches his business and the homes he works on.
